Don't play T-ball....you might melt

To get ready for T-ball, we were practicing throwing and catching the ball with Cole and Bella last night. After about 10 minutes:

Cole: Daddy, I need a break....

Tim: Okay....are you tired?

Cole: (pulls his hand out of the mit) Yeah, and my hand is melting.

Tim: Your hand is melting? What?!

Cole: See, look....(his hand was all sweaty from being in the t-ball mit)....I'm melting. I don't know if I want to play T-ball if it's gonna make me melt away.

Classic.....another funny story to be recorded in the child's baby book....

That's too cute for words. It's definitely been that hot around here, my feet in particular but I have Croc issues...

I totally get that. I always feel like exercise makes me melt. Which is why I choose to sit on the couch and blog.

Too cute! My youngest is starting softball and that is her biggest complaint - a sweaty hand from the mitt.

LOL! I haven't heard it called Melting before! Funny kid

I figure that if the children are alive when my husband gets home at the end of the day, I've done my job.
