Right in the middle of her forehead;
When she was good, she was very, very, good,
But when she was bad, she was horrid!
Awwww, poor Bella! She's not really horrid.....she's just never been one to hide her true feelings. Nothing wrong with that!
-- Henry Wadsworth Longfellow (author of “There was a little girl”)

Hahaha!!! Girls are so dramatic, aren't they?
Drama, drama, drama.
We have plenty of that too!
Have a great day! :)
LOL! That's exactly the poem that comes to mind when I think of my kids. :)
...and yes, little girls = drama, big time.
Really, I'm 30 and I still don't know how to hide my true feelings. One thing is for sure, she definitely doesn't look happy in those last two pics! Did she get even more mad that you took a picture of her funky mood? I try to take pics of the boys when they have those great pissed off looks but they hide their face and get even more pissed that I was trying to capture the moment on camera. They do it just to spite me. The little buggers, don't they know that I have a blog?
Actually, I was thinking how much she looks like one of my grandies, while she makes that face.
Just found your blog because of a comment you made on Yaya Stuff. I like it.

I've always loved that poem! Love the pictures to go along with it. =)
Love that pout! Haha!
She's even cute in the "horrid" pictures!
Yep ... we got that going on here as well ... just think how fun it's going to be at 13.
I love the stickers all over her face ha ha ha.
Bella is cute no matter what her mood! I bet chocolate would help improve her mood there!
Bella is gorgeous. I love a girl who doesn't try to hide her feelings by trying to be good/nice all the time. You go Bella! :)
Awww she is a beautiful whatever mood she is in lol.. and I so remember that nursery rhyme..
I have so many of those horrid pictures...I am going to display them all at her wedding.
Aww she's so cute with the pouting lol. Girls can be so dramatic.....you kind of just have to smile:)
That little poem was written just for her. How cute!
I love it! The many sweet faces of Bella. She is sweetie!
Ahhhh, an open book. My youngest is the same way. She can't help but express every emotion the second she feels it. My eldest? I think she's a poker champion in the making.
sounds like a typical woman - or me at least!! :)
sounds like a typical woman - or me at least!! :)
Hannah is the same way. I adore her sticker face!! :)
I love that poem! I also love the little girl "drama"... most of the time :-)
Cute even when she is angry!!
~WM
My mom always used to say the same thing! She is awfully cute either way!!
OMG! OMG!!!!Helene.
What a stickin' cutie!!!
What a great start to the week!xx
HOW CUTE!!! I love all the stickers on her face!
So really could she be any cuter, sad face and all. Love it!
Love that pout!
My daughter is a drama queen.
Love her little "mad" face :)
Perfect pics for the poem! so cute!
I've known that rhyme my whole life, and had no idea it was Longfellow.
Of course, I grew up in a place where "horrid" was a regular old word, so it didn't sound archaic. Also, forehead did rhyme with horrid when I spoke Scots English. :)
I hear you. That's my Jessica. She's mostly sunshine, though.
Delurking to say I love it!! I've used that same poem to describe my little girl many a time.
The girls were pulling various kinds of faces the other day and that pout came up and they explained this is my : "I'm sad" face!! Then they even mastered an "I'm cute" face.
Bit of a Drama Queen is she? Heeeheehe! That Bella is just a livin' doll.
Ya'll have a wonderfully blessed day!
Oh, she looks like a beautiful handful!
Cade has some animated faces similiar to hers; it's a bit hard not to just crack up at those faces. :)
Oh my goodness ... my mom used to say that to me ALL.THE.TIME!! LOL!
...is it wrong that I laughed at those last two pictures? ;)
My daughter is the same way. I always tell her she's going to win an Oscar someday! LOL!
I have a little Drama Queen at my house too.
Have a great Monday.
I used to have a little girl just like that. Now she is a grown up mama who doesn't hide her feelings, is outspoken and stands up for herself. Nothin wrong with that at all.
Aww...I still think Bella's adorable. If she ever gets bored where you are ship her to me. We can have tea parties and play with dolls.
I was such a stubborn brat when I was her age.
I am dying laughing!!!
LOL!!!
what a beautiful little girl.
reminds me of my daughter- she doesnt hide her emotions well either lol!
She's so cute! I'm amazed at the drama that comes along with girls!
Someone we know who has older girls told us last night that girls just don't hide their emotions, no matter the age.
We are caring, feeling people and just a little "dramatic at times"
She is a cute little girl and even with the drama I know your home would be so much less fun without her.
With all those boys you need a little emotion :)
Ahh, she looks like a Drama Queen (both of my girls are Drama Queen,ha).
Have a nice week.
She makes a cute pouty face though!
There is no mistaking when she's upset!
The theater for that kid. She'll be a star!
Her personality comes across so clearly though your blog, Helene, she is too much. :) At least there's no guessing with her, you know exactly where she stands.
She is so cute!! I love her mad pictures.
My daughters OFTEN look like that at dinner time...because I make them eat things like gruel, or sometimes something even worse...duh duh DUH...broccoli!
Giver her a break, Mom! She is out numbered with brothers. Faith can totally relate...only in her case, she's the youngest.
And her brother, who is 10 years older than her, just announced his plan is to go to college, become a High School teacher and be back in time to teach her...and take care of all her dates.
It's pretty obvious when she's upset! She's cute when she's mad though:)
Loving the pout! And yes, there's nothing wrong with showing your feelings.
I love this! It totally captures her essence! Thanks for visiting my blog earlier this past week! Visiting Via SIts!
It's so refreshing to see that my girls don't have a monopoly on drama. You really captured some perfect moments there!
Lol. I don't have little girl, but I observe this often at my best friend's house. She has 3.
Oh gosh- I am having so much trouble leaving comments on your site these days- I keep getting error messages. Doh!
Must say though, even sulking, Bella is such a little beauty! Too cute. As for my two, they are just the same- very good, and very horrid. In fact, my amazon "1-2-3 Magic" child discipline book just arrived from amazon, and man, do I need it!
something that i always said about myself:
"i wear my soul on my face."
your dear bella.
So I guess that is a look into my near future. Thanks:) She is too funny. I love it
What pouting faces! I never think to photograph when the arms are crossed and the adorable face is all screwed up like that.
I've given you a loyal commenter award over at my blog. Stop by to check it out. I made it up!
I love it! you gave me a great scrapbook page idea!
Nothing wrong with that at all! So cute!
