I have to totally agree with you. I try to eat as many as I can in the summer and spring b/c when the snow comes, all we have is canned.

Ummm....did you make those dishes? If so you have yet another talent other than getting thrown up on! Can you come cook for me, you know, in all your spare time?

Yay for fresh veggies! I'm just now hardening off all my garden starts, and hope to get them in the ground this weekend!

They all look delicious! I love this time of year too. But I sure wish the weather would warm up a bit.

Love veggies! The picture of the omelet nearly made me eat my computer screen!

I kept going back and checking out your plates just to make sure you actually made those dishes. They look amazing. I'm not big into veggies, but if they taste as good as these look I may have to give it a try!

Oh man, how I wish we had a garden. I'd grow peppers and onions and zucchini out the wazoo if I could.

Wow these look tasty! I wish I could cook like that.

Will your kids eat this? That is awesome if they do! Abby eats more fruits than veggies. I would love a garden to have fresh veggies from!

Now I'm hungry.

Although I would pick off the zucchini. I've never liked it.

Ooooh, that all looks SO good. So good that a single tear falls from my eye as I think about the Nacho Bell Grande I had earlier tonight. Oh well.

Yummm. Looks like you have some good recipies for fresh veges. Are you already getting the veges from your garden?

I'm drooling. We'll be right over!

I figure that if the children are alive when my husband gets home at the end of the day, I've done my job.
